Hailing from vineyards planted on volcanic soils in the highest part of the estate, this rosé, born from experimentation with Nero d’Avola and Lucignola grapes, boasts a decisive character yet is incredibly versatile in pairings. Its pale pink color hints at the vibrant fruit within, with aromas of red berries, cherries, and wild berries. The palate is delicate and harmonious.
