Baroness of Canseria

Named after the noble ancestress who inspired our passion for this land, the Baronessa is produced exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, cultivated on the volcanic soil of Senie. Deep ruby red in color, it offers a complex and penetrating nose characterized by a fresh note of green peppercorn, with subtle hints of marasca cherry liqueur, cinchona bark, and leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied, persistent, and warm, with soft, enveloping tannins and a finish reminiscent of vanilla.
