It was the nymph Cyane who reacted to the abduction of her friend Persephone by Hades. Enraged, the god struck her with his scepter and transformed her into a spring. The myth of the nymph gives its name to a unique wine in the Italian wine scene: Cyane, a dry Moscato Bianco with a soft palate and a persistent finish, versatile in pairings. On the nose, it is intense and aromatic, floral and fruity.
