The blending of Nero d’Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon completes the range, alongside Re Federico and Baronessa di Canseria, adding another layer to the complex tapestry of aromas and flavors that the winery crafts from the volcanic soils of Senie. Like the other red wines of Cantine Pupillo, Damarete is not afraid of summer, in fact, it is perfectly at ease with fish pairings and the low serving temperatures required by the warmest season.
