In an old photo, Nino spotted his grandfather Antonio in a specific part of Targia called Podere 27. It was on this very calcareous soil, with its ideal exposure, that the oldest Moscato Bianco vineyard was planted. From Podere 27 comes the namesake sparkling wine, a traditional method Brut Nature vintage. Its pale yellow hue is complemented by a fine, persistent bead. The nose reveals varietal aromas of fruit and flowers. On the palate, it’s delicately dry, elegant, and harmonious, with a refreshing acidity.
