Our most recent project centered around Moscato Bianco highlights our decades of experience as farmers and winemakers. With the Damarete Bianco we aim to revive ancient flavors and aromas, opening the door to exciting new pairings. The maceration process imbues the wine with a unique duality, where untamed spirit intertwines with refinement, and boldness coexists with subtlety.
